c. Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, or authorized gateways; credit terms require prior agreement.
- Shipping and Risk:
a. Delivery times are estimates; risk transfers upon dispatch or receipt.
b. Customers must report any damage or discrepancies within 5 business days.
- Returns and Warranty:
a. Returns accepted only for defective or non-compliant products as per manufacturer warranties.
b. Liability is limited to the invoice value of the products supplied.

- Governing Law:
